This policy explains what information is collected when you use dmvtest.ai, who collects it, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 16, 2026.
The site does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, driver license number, identity documents, or payment details, and practice tests can be taken without giving us any personal information.
Your answers and scores are calculated in your browser. They are not sent to our server.
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how long visits last. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. On the home page, the site may request a coarse IP-based state lookup from ipapi.co so the state selector can start near your location. You can change the selected state at any time, or choose one manually if you prefer.
The selected state and the time of the lookup may be stored in your browser's localStorage so the lookup is not repeated on every visit. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare and our hosting provider process standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use the opt-out links above, or use a browser extension that blocks ads and trackers. The practice tests still work without cookies.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal data is held about you, to ask for it to be deleted, or to opt out of its sale or sharing. Because we do not collect personal information ourselves, most requests are best directed to Google using the links above, but you can also contact us.
The site is a study tool for driver knowledge tests and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
